Collector’s Dinner with guest Scent of Plate’s Chef Tessa Liebman. Inspired by the exhibitions on view, the menu consisted of purple sweet potato soups, gougères puffs, seared ribs, roast-off mushrooms with cauliflower and parsley, ending with a champagne jelly.
